This was a really fun application to build. When I was part of Vegan Hacktivists, many of us were attending a conference together, and I came up with the idea of building an app as a way to engage other conference attendees and spread awareness of the organization. The name stands for "Pitch for the Animals," with the idea being to encourage people to come up with ideas for what the organization's next project would be.

Users were able to pitch their ideas, which could then be voted on by themselves and others. You could vote on a single idea as many times as you wanted, so long as you had votes to spare. Votes could be earned by completing certain challenges, such as drawing a doodle, solving trivia questions correctly, and networking with members of Vegan Hacktivists who were attending the conference.

This wasn't the most complex app to build, but I'm very proud of how it turned out, especially because I built it in a very short timeframe.

Special credit goes to Kate Rodman for the awesome graphics that she created for the app.
